What To Eat To Have A Baby Girl

Can the foods you eat help determine the sex of your baby? You may be surprised to know that-yes it can. By eating the right foods you can change your body’s natural ph and ultimately influence the gender of your next baby.

By eating the right foods you can lower your body’s ph thus creating a more acidic vaginal environment and increasing the chance of conceiving that little baby girl you want.

The reasoning behind this lays in the difference in the man’s sperm. (the man’s sperm is what determines the sex of the baby at conception.) The sperm that will create a girl baby carries the (xy) chromosome and the sperm that will create a boy baby carries the (yy) chromosome.

Although not very scientific, I will refer to these different sperm as the girl sperm and the boy sperm (for the sake of simplicity.)

The two sperm tend to differ physically, in that the girl sperm is the larger, hardier (lives longer) and a much slower swimmer of the two (takes longer to reach the egg.) Conversely the boy sperm is smaller, weaker (tends to die off quicker) but much faster to reach the egg.

Because of these differences, if you desire a baby girl you should try to lower your vaginal ph which will make survival very difficult for the weaker boy sperm. You can do this by eating foods that are acidic, and rich in calcium, and magnesium, while avoiding foods that are alkaline or high in potassium.

Foods to eat when you want a girl are foods high in calcium like dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese) and magnesium (beans, legumes, leafy green vegetables) as well as highly acidic foods like some fruits (plums, prunes, cranberries) as well as corn, red meats, fish, and whole grains.)

Foods to avoid if you want a girl are alcohol and caffeine (coffee and chocolate) any foods high in potassium such as bananas, most vegetables, orange juice (yes, it’s not as acidic as you may have thought) potatoes, spinach, and watermelon.

A much quicker way to change your vaginal ph is with douching. Douching as a means of adjusting you ph should only be attempted under your doctors supervision as it has been known to cause vaginal infections.

Test your vaginal ph with test strips widely available either online or from your local health food store. Get in the habit of testing often so you can get a “feel” for when you are creating the proper ph. When you find out you’re carrying a baby girl, all your hard work will be worth it!

You’ll find a guide to be indespensible in your quest of conceiving that little baby girl you want. There are ebooks available to take you through the process in a simple step by step manner. These ebooks can be bought (quickly and securely) and downloaded in minutes. You can find these books as well as other helpful information on my website.

Good luck in your baby gender selection efforts. Remember, even if you are unsuccessful in your efforts, you will still be blessed with a beautiful baby boy to love!

How To Conceive A Baby Boy Or Baby Girl Using The Shettles Methods

This simple three step method of baby gender prediction, developed by Dr. Shettles, is “best supported by scientific evidence”.

He wrote a million copy best selling book explaining his methods called How To Choose The Sex Of Your Baby which you can find by visiting my website. While Dr. Shettles claimed a 75%-90% success rate using his simple, at home, natural methods, the ebooks available boast an even higher success rate of up to 98%.

The Shettles method is based on the fact that it’s the man’s sperm that determines whether a baby is a female or male. First understand that the woman’s egg carries only the (xx) chromosome or is (all girl) and the man’s sperm can carry the (xy) chromosome and produce a girl baby or the (yy) chromosome which will result in a boy baby.Dr Shettles also realized that the girl sperm was physically larger, stronger (longer lived), and a slower swimmer (slower to reach the egg). The boy sperm tends to be smaller, weaker (dies off easier) but is faster to swim to the waiting egg.

The doctor also realized that timing of sexual relations, and the depth of penetration during this conceptual intercourse could help to determine if the resulting baby was a boy or girl. The mother-to-be must learn how to track her day of ovulation in order to time conceptual sex precisely.

If you need a baby boy, don’t have sex until the day before ovulation until two days after, abstaining for the rest of the month. Also when trying to conceive a boy sexual positions that allow deep penetration are best (“doggie style” or missionary position with the woman’s legs extended up towards her head) are good. Why is this? Because of the differences in the two sperm. Timing and deep penetration during sex will give the boy sperm every opportunity to be successful in fertilizing the egg resulting in the boy baby you want.

If a girl baby is desired, the couple should have sex practicing only shallow penetration, and abstain from sex for a couple of days before ovulation and until a couple of days after ovulation. Here again this gives the short lived boy sperm to much time and distance to survive and allows the slow but longer lived girl sperm a time and distance advantage, and assures (hopefully) conceiving a girl baby.

A woman’s vaginal acidity also plays an important role in which sperm is successful in fertilizing the egg. He realized a higher acidity or lower ph favored the girl sperm, and a higher ph or a more alkaline vaginal environment favored the survival of the boy sperm.

Pretty simple concepts right? Trust me, you’ll still find a guide to be indispensable! There are three ebooks offered online that will take you step by step through the entire process, and if followed diligently tip the odds of success from about 50/50 to well over 94%!

I wish you the best of luck in your baby gender selection efforts, and hope you are successful in adding a baby of the gender of your choice to your family!

Pregnant? Use the Chinese Lunar Calendar to Predict A Boy Baby or Girl Baby

The Chinese Lunar Calendar For Baby Gender Selection

The Chinese Lunar Calendar is said to have been around for over 700 years now. Developed by a Chinese Scientist after years of research, many Chinese put a lot of faith in it’s results, many westerners aren’t so sure. Whether you put much faith in it or not it can be a lot of fun, so just relax and enjoy it.

Will you have a boy, or will you have a baby girl? Lets use the calendar and see! First you need to understand how to use it properly, if you don’t know much about the Chinese Lunar Calendar and the differences compared to the Gregorian Calendar used in the west.

To get an accurate result be sure to use the month of conception, as opposed to the actual birth date of your baby!

It can be confusing figuring out the mothers age at conception using the Chinese Lunar Calendar. To get an accurate result you must use the mothers age from the Chinese Lunar Calendar, not the Gregorian Calendar used in the West.

To begin with, the mother should add a year to her age at conception, and another year if she conceives after January 29th (the Chinese New Year.). January 29th is the start of the New Year on the Chinese Lunar Calendar instead of January 1st as it does in the West.

Find the column for the age of the mother as well as the month of conception, then follow these two columns to intersection and if the square is blue expect a boy and if pink you’ll have a girl.

The Chinese Lunar Calendar can be used on any mother-to-be’s baby or a child or even an adult as long as you determine the two parameters accurately.

So have some fun with it, and remember you’re baby is a gift from above no matter what gender it is!

Select The Gender Of Your Baby Before Conception

Pregnancy is a wonderful experience, from the day of conception until the day of your baby’s birth you will find yourself looking at the world with different eyes. Some couples opt for the surprise to only find out what the baby’s gender is at birth while others prefer preconception gender selection. The choice is all up to you of course- as long as you make it a beautiful and lasting memory.

Genetics are the one and only determining factor of a child’s gender and it’s the man whose in charge of the genetics due to the fact that sperm contains the Y or X chromosome gender markers that combine with the female’s X chromosome egg. Women only have X chromosomes in other words female chromosomes. It’s the man’s sperm that carry either Y and X chromosomes.

Myths on gender selection are as old as the earth, ranging from doggy or standing style lovemaking to having the woman to climax before the male if you intend on conceiving a boy. If you’re intent on conceiving a girl, then missionary style sex preferably in the late afternoons to making the male climax before the female is the old wives tale frequently suggested. Every culture has a few tips it seems, some truly outrageous, others more mundane.

Researchers have found evidence linking the vagina’s pH level to your baby’s gender. Higher levels of alkalinity increase chances of conceiving a baby boy, while more acidic levels increase chances of conceiving a baby girl.

Natural treatments and methods are always highly recommended and should be couples’ first choice. Some natural method examples are charting and calculation of precise ovulation times or alterations to usual positions during sex. Dietary changes impacting alkalinity levels in the vagina should also be considered.

The Ericsson method is classified as an unconventional preconception gender selection method, consisting of X and Y chromosome sperm separation in a control laboratory environment. Although quite costly to undertake, this method has a higher success rate than other conventional methods.

It is extremely important to consult with your doctor before deciding on or initiating any preconception gender selection treatment as some of the treatments or methods available have potential dangerous side effects. A doctor will also recommend the best method or treatment to suit your lifestyle.

How To Conceive The Baby Boy Of Your Dreams

If you are trying for a baby, and would really like to know how to conceive a boy, I can tell you that you are about to be amazed by this advice. What you are about to learn will really stack the odds of conceiving a baby boy in your favour.

Whilst research suggests that your diet and positions during sexual intercourse can influence the gender of your baby, the information I am about to share is, in my opinion, by far the most crucial thing you can do to potentially predict baby gender.

As well as reading this post, I highly recommend this “How To Choose Your Babys Sex” book, it’s a very interesting read with some great tips, including a lot of detail on the method below.

Ok, so what is this critical little known secret?

Did you know that a man produces two different types of sperm? He produces what are known as Y chromosome sperm and X chromosome sperm. The crucial difference being his Y sperm are male and his X sperm are female. This means that if one of his Y sperm fertilises your egg before an X sperm can, you will conceive the little baby boy of your dreams. And here is what you want to here, the good news. You can actually influence the probability of his Y sperm getting to your egg first!

Gender is not the only difference between the Y and X chromosome sperm. His Y sperm (the male sperm) can swim faster than the X sperm, but whilst being better swimmers they have much shorter lives. Therefore, and this is the critical bit, if you know your day of ovulation precisely you can time your love making to try and ensure the sperm of your choice has the best chance of fertilising your egg!

For example, when trying to conceive a boy you need avoid making love up until the day before you ovulate. If you make love any earlier, the male sperm will die leaving the female sperm free to fertilise your egg. By delaying intercourse until just before you ovulate, the faster male sperm will get to your egg first and so conceiving a baby boy!

There you have it, the crucial basics of how to conceive a baby boy, or at least the secret to really increasing your chances of having a boy.

Baby Gender Selection – How To Choose Your Baby's Sex The Natural Way!

When I first heard about this technique I was highly sceptical, but after researching it further and reading lots of stories about it’s success rate, I really believe it is probably the best natural method for attempting to influence baby gender selection.

If you are desperate to conceive a either a baby boy or a baby girl to complete your family, or you simply just have a preference as to what you want your first baby to be, the following baby gender selection technique will help you to really stack the odds in your favour!

As well as reading this article, you should take a look at this “How To Choose Your Baby’s Sex” book if you really are keen to influence the sex of your next baby, it’s an excellent read.

Whilst not fool proof, what you are about to learn should significantly increase your chances of conceiving the baby gender you desire.I first heard about this method of gender selection from my wife's nurse during a visit following teh birth of our second boy.She gave this advice to my wife so that she can try and ensure we have a little baby girl next time following our two boys. I was intrigued, so did some research online and found that there is plenty of credibility to the theory.

So how do you go about baby gender selection in practice?

Firstly you must precisely calculate your actual day of ovulation. This is the day your body releases a single egg. You need to accurately know the timing of this event so that you can plan your love making around it.  Here is why …

Your partner produces two types of sperm.X sperm which is femaile and Y sperm which is male.   The male sperm can swim faster than the female sperm, but conversely, does not live as long following its expenditure of effort.

Therefore, knowing precisely when your day of ovulation is, allows you to time your love making to either ensure the male sperm get to the released egg first if you want a boy, or to make sure the male sperm will have died before the egg is released if you want a girl.

Obviously this method of baby gender selection is not guaranteed 100%, but it will certainly improve your chances of conceiving the baby gender you desire. To read more about this method and on other things you can do to infuence your baby’s sex, visit Baby Gender Selection now, and be sure to also check out the book above!

Revealed - How To Conceive A Baby Girl!

If you are considering having a baby soon and you would really like to have a little baby girl, the following advice and links are just what you need.  This really is advice worth considering if you would really like to firmly stack the odds in your favour to conceive a baby girl.

There are a number of techniques that you can give a go when trying to conceive the baby gender you want, but I really beleive this advice below is potentially the most valuable.

You need to understand the following:

  • your ovulation cycle and date of ovulation
  • the characteristics of male and female sperm
  • when to time your intercourse

This  information is absolutely critical when trying to predict your baby’s gender (this book in this link is excellent). Understanding your ovulation cycle will allow you to predict precisely when you ovulate, and therefore when to have intercourse in order to conceive a girl. Let me explain how this works.

A man produces two types of sperm. Chromosome Y sperm is male and his chromosome X sperm is female. So if you are keen on conceiving a baby girl, you need to make sure his X sperm fertilise your egg. It sounds simplle, but in practice, how do you actually ensure that happens?

So here is the secret to gender selection that you need to know. Y sperm swim faster than X sperm, but their exertions lead to a shorter life.

This information is crucial to baby sex selection. For example, you want a baby girl, so you need to ensure that you have intercourse several days before your day of ovulation, say three to four days before, and then stop!

If you follow this advice, the male Y sperm will have died off by the time you release your egg, and the X sperm that can live in your uterus for up to four days will be waiting to fertilise it! So now you can see why it is so critical to know your ovulation date precisely.

So now you know the basics of how to conceive a baby girl!

If you would like to know more about ovulation dates, intercourse positions and dietary advice, visit this website, Predict Baby Gender for lots more information, and be sure to take a look at the book linked to above.
